how long does shipping take?

we ship on fridays. for pre-made items, they will be shipped the following friday after purchase. shipping times for custom pieces will vary.

do you take customs?

yes we do! if you are interested in a custom piece, please fill out the customs form found on our CONTACT US page. leave a detailed description of your dream design, and we'll reach out shortly to make it happen.

what if there's a problem with my order?

do you ship internationally?

we'd be happy to! shipping costs will vary depending on destination. please reach out for further detail.

what if it doesn't fit?

finding clothes that fit should be easy for everyone! we do our best to size our pieces accordingly, but if you receive your order and it does not fit, please reach out to our team. we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and your piece can be exchanged for something else!

how do I wash my piece?

for cleaning, we recommend all of our pieces be lovingly handwashed in warm water with mild soap. lay flat to dry, and reshape if necessary.
